Salesforce Cloud Lead
As the Salesforce Cloud Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and management of Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. Your expertise will guide our Salesforce strategy and ensure the platform supports our business objectives efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Salesforce Implementation and Management:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
- Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of Salesforce to meet business needs.
- Ensure the effective utilization of Salesforce features and functionalities.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
- Coordinate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
- Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Salesforce strategy aligned with business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry best practices.
- Provide recommendations for system enhancements and process improvements.
- Technical Expertise:
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality and performance.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Salesforce environment.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including technical designs, user guides, and training materials.
- Proficient in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce APIs, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and SOQL.
- Experience with data migration and data management tools.
- Familiarity with other Salesforce products such as Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, etc.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
