Union Labor Compliance Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Labor Compliance Administrative Assistant to support labor compliance activities for public works and private construction projects throughout the United States. This role assists with certified payroll and labor compliance reporting, supports union and Project Labor Agreement (PLA) requirements where applicable, monitors subcontractor compliance, and maintains required documentation. The position also provides general office and administrative support to project and operations teams.

The ideal candidate has experience or familiarity with prevailing wage and union environments, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate professionally with internal teams, subcontractors, unions, and external agencies.
