Shop Operations Coordinator

You'll be the backbone of our shop operations — the person who makes sure every unit's needed repairs are documented, parts are ordered, systems are checked, and vehicles are where they need to be. This isn't a wrench-turning role; it's about organization, follow-through, and keeping the whole shop running on schedule.

• Enter and document every unit's needed repairs into our tracking system, including photos
• Order replacement parts and track delivery timelines
• Perform systems checks on incoming units (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, etc.)
• Complete pre-sale inspection checklists to ensure units are retail-ready
• Move units between locations as needed — drive motorhomes to the car wash, shuttle trailers between the lot and the warehouse, and Uber back
• Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and keep the workflow organized
• Keep the repair pipeline visible and up to date for the team

• Highly organized and detail-oriented — nothing slips through the cracks
• Comfortable working with basic technology and tracking systems (apps, spreadsheets, photo documentation)
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive large recreational vehicles (motorhomes, trucks with trailers)
• Basic mechanical aptitude — you don't need to fix things, but you should understand what you're looking at during a systems check
• Reliable, full-time availability with a consistent weekly schedule
• Self-starter who can manage their own time without constant supervision
• RV or automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required
