Site Superintendent - (Night) TI Site Super

Wasatch West Contracting is hiring an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead several upcoming tenant improvement projects.

This position is best suited for a Superintendent who is comfortable working in occupied or active commercial environments, coordinating multiple trades in tight spaces, managing short-duration schedules, and keeping projects moving with minimal disruption to the client.

Several of the upcoming projects are heavily focused on commercial tenant improvements, remodels, and phased construction
. One project will require evening and occasional weekend work
, with the typical shift running approximately 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
.

The Superintendent will be responsible for day-to-day field leadership, including subcontractor coordination, schedule execution, safety, quality control, inspections, site logistics, daily reporting, and communication with the Project Manager and project stakeholders.

• Commercial construction Superintendent or strong Assistant Superintendent experience
• Experience with tenant improvements, remodels, and interior commercial construction
• Strong understanding of commercial construction sequencing and trade coordination
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documents
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain an aggressive project schedule
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Proactive problem-solving and ability to identify issues before they affect the schedule
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of the jobsite
• Willingness and ability to work night shifts and occasional weekends when required
• OSHA 30 preferred or required within the company's established timeframe
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their projects, communicates well, stays ahead of the work, and can successfully manage the fast pace and coordination demands of commercial tenant improvement construction.

• Hourly pay: approximately $30-$40 per hour
