Legacy House of Park Lane in Farmington, UT is seeking a compassionate and skilled part-time Wellness Nurse to support our full-time Wellness Nurse two days per week with flexible hours. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of seniors within a warm and vibrant community.

• Support the full-time Wellness Nurse two days per week with a flexible schedule.
• Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure residents receive the highest standard of care.
• Document residents health journeys in a clear and detailed manner to contribute to the community’s care records.

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative spirit with a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
• Experience in senior care or assisted living is preferred.
