Team Lead – Remodeling & Construction

Valley Brothers is looking for an experienced Team Lead to oversee residential and light commercial remodeling projects throughout Northern Utah. We're a fast-growing company that takes pride in quality workmanship, professionalism, and treating customers the right way.

This is a hands‑on leadership position. You'll work alongside your crew while ensuring projects stay on schedule, meet our quality standards, and are completed safely.

We're looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates well, solves problems independently, and leads by example.

Lead a crew on remodeling and repair projects

Read plans and coordinate daily work

Maintain high‑quality craftsmanship

Communicate with project managers and homeowners

Train and mentor crew members

Ensure jobs stay on schedule and on budget

Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe

Coordinate materials and subcontractors as needed

Complete punch lists and quality inspections

5+ years of residential remodeling experience

Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred

Strong knowledge of framing, drywall, paint, trim, flooring, doors, and general finish carpentry

Ability to solve problems without constant supervision

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work daily

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Dependable, punctual, and honest
