Caton Construction Group in Farmville, VA is seeking a Grade Foreman to organize and lead a grading crew through mass earthwork and highway construction activities. The Foreman reports to the Superintendent and ensures safety, quality, and on-time progress.
Normal hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with overtime and occasional overnight travel as required. A high school diploma and proven foreman experience are required; a skilled-trade diploma is a plus.
