- Complete discharge planning.
- Provide supervision for Licensed Physical Therapist Assistants and Certified Nursing Assistants.
- Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy. - Preferred:
Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy. - Experience:
2 years as a Physical Therapist. - Preferred:
Skilled nursing facility experience. - Licensure:
Licensed by the Virginia Board of Physical Therapy.
