Core Civic is a provider of prison services dedicated to professionalism and the public good. We are currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurse (PRN) to provide high‑quality care in an institutional setting.
Responsibilities- Apply nursing skills in the care and treatment of inmates/residents.
- Assist physician during sick call; prepare list of inmates/residents, examination room, and equipment.
- Operate pill call, dispense medication and document as required.
- Control medication, syringes and other medical supplies, inventory as per procedure.
- Maintain absolute security and confidentiality of all medical records.
- Graduate from an approved nursing school with license as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Licensed in state of employment.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Minimum age 21 years.
