** Job Summary
** The Yak Attack Warehouse Shipping Associate works as an integral part of the team to ensure shipments are received per customer expectations in a cost efficient, safe, and timely manner.

Warehouse Packaging/Shipping Assistants work in order fulfilment by packaging products, picking orders according to sales order, and ensuring adequate amounts all supplies and tools are packed within the shipment.
** Duties and responsibilities
*** Prepares orders for shipment, by following detailed procedures in place, and not taking shortcuts.
* Takes steps to avoid quality control issues
* Makes sure warehouse/ shipping supply capacity is kept at optimal levels
* Oversees inventory of shipping supplies
* Streamlines shipping and transportation processes
* Develop and execute a plan, system and/or process to meet on time Delivery KPIs
* Works with shipping manager to optimize daily orders, and packs orders ahead to keep up with demand## Qualifications
