- Pub & Grill is seeking a Pub & Grill Team Leader to be the operational right hand to the Manager. You will lead the shift in the pub, while flexing into other F&B areas during busy periods.
You’ll run pre-shift briefings, champion our social media, and keep the team focused on hospitality and commercial targets. You will support the Duty Management Team, own the pub and grill operations, and coach staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
