We believe in creating extraordinary experiences for children by pioneering outdoor play in our forest holiday camps. As a Holiday Camp Leader
at our Cobham site you will be working with our supportive and passionate team creating our unique outdoor learning environment providing children the opportunity to thrive.
You will be able to facilitate outdoor play and learning in all weather.
You will be able to lead the day to day operations of an outdoor holiday camp for children aged 4-7 years.
You will be able to inspire a team of Holiday Camp Educators.
You will create a safe and inclusive environment where children can be resilient and confident to explore.
You will be able to lead a range of fun, outdoor play activities.
You will be able towork collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a supportive and positive team culture.
