Northbrook Park is a stunning 18th-century wedding and events venue nestled in the Hampshire countryside. We are known for delivering exceptional experiences in a peaceful, luxurious setting. As a key part of our guest service team, you’ll help ensure a safe, smooth, and welcoming environment for all overnight guests and suppliers.

As a Night Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring the security, safety, and cleanliness of the venue during overnight hours. You will be the primary point of contact for late-arriving guests and will assist with any overnight requests or issues.

• Monitor the venue and grounds to ensure guest safety and security
• Perform regular checks of the property throughout the night
• Assist with late check-ins, early check-outs, and guest enquiries
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas
• Support event setups/breakdowns when required
• Handle any incidents or emergencies calmly and effectively
• Liaise with other departments to ensure a seamless handover each morning

• Previous experience in a porter, concierge, or night shift role preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Calm under pressure and quick-thinking in emergencies
• Physically fit and able to carry out patrols and light lifting
• Flexible with shift patterns, including weekends and holidays
