We’re hiring an experienced Licensed Life Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing Farmers Insurance agency. We have offices in Farragut, TN and Westlake, CA.

This is a full-time, in-office role focused on phone and virtual life insurance sales
. We’re looking for a proven producer who knows how to close business, manage a pipeline, and wants both income stability and strong upside
. This is not an entry-level position
.

• Sell individual life insurance policies through phone and virtual appointments
• Work a mix of inbound opportunities, outbound calls, and referrals
• Conduct needs-based consultations and close new business
• Primarily focus on life insurance, with the option to cross-sell additional products
• Manage follow-up, pipeline activity, and performance goals
• Take ownership of your results and income

• Active Tennessee Life Insurance License (required)
• At least 2 years of life insurance sales experience
• Proven ability to close life insurance policies
• Comfortable selling over the phone and virtually
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
• $40,000 guaranteed base salary
• New business commissions
