This position blends customer service and sales
. You’ll work with existing clients to manage their policies while also identifying opportunities to write new business through referrals, inbound leads, and proactive outreach.

• Serve as a primary contact for personal and/or commercial insurance clients
• Handle policy changes, renewals, certificates, and coverage questions
• Review accounts and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Cross‑sell and up‑sell insurance products when it truly benefits the client
• Generate new business through referrals, follow‑ups, and agency leads
• Maintain accurate documentation and stay compliant with Tennessee insurance regulations

• Active Tennessee Property & Casualty insurance license
• 1–3+ years of experience in an insurance agency or brokerage
• Strong communication skills and a professional, client‑first mindset
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple accounts
• Experience with agency management systems and everyday office technology
