Position SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing services, monitor client health, and ensure high-quality care according to individualized plans. This role collaborates with RN Case Managers, LPNs, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to promote health, safety, and independence.
Key Responsibilities- Perform skilled nursing assessments and implement care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Complete clinical documentation and report changes in client condition promptly.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care teams to ensure continuity of care.
- Registered Nursing License in the state of Tennessee.
- Active RN license in good standing in Tennessee.
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred; home health experience a plus.
- Strong clinical judgment, documentation skills, and ability to work independently.
- Flexible scheduling options (Full-Time or Part-Time).
- Supportive team environment with ongoing training and skills development.
