We are hiring Assistant Managers (Store Managers) at Domino’s. The role is full‑time, hourly, with overtime available and requires a commitment of 5+ days per week, most weekends.

As Assistant Manager you will:

• Oversee all aspects of the store, including people, operations, sales, and profits.
• Maintain safety, training, and a positive culture for staff.
• Enforce all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from the team.
• Assist with training new employees and teaching pizza preparation if needed.
• Provide coverage at other nearby locations as required.
• Lead by example and support team members in daily activities.

• 18+ years of age.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Good background check.
• Eligible to work in the USA.
• Must reside near store location.

• Forward bending at the waist for pizza assembly, front counter, and ingredient stocking; 30–45 seconds at a time, repeated throughout the day.
• Crouching/squatting occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
• Reaching upward, downward, and forward; up to 72 inches for oven controls, price changes, and lifting objects.
• Continuous use of hands for tasks such as shaping dough, using a pizza peel, rolling cutter, and cleaning.
• Use of pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, and pizza peel.
