• Replace a retiring owner in a well-established, highly respected practice
• Immediate patient volume with strong demand (365 new patients in May 2025)
• Owner transitioning out, creating long-term stability and continuity
• Modern technology, including Digital X-Ray and Dentrix EMR
• Experienced, supportive clinical team in place
• (2 doctors, 4 hygienists, 4 assistants)
• Four-day workweek (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM), providing excellent work-life balance

• Operatories: 2 per doctor plus 3 hygiene rooms
• Patient flow: 15-20 patients per doctor daily (40-50 total practice-wide)
• Scope of care:
  Restorative dentistry, including crowns, bridges, fillings, extractions, and partials
• Patient demographics:
  Mixed, primarily adult population
• 2024 production: $1.76M
• 2025 year-to-date production: $678K
• Payor mix:
  Primarily private insurance and fee-for-service; children's Medicaid accepted in-state
