We are partnered with an industry-leading manufacturer who is looking for a qualified Supervisor for their Paint & Powder Coating department. This role will have a chance to lead a great team of Painters and Technicians within the Paint Department, while helping make continuous improvements!

• Oversee daily operations of powder coat and liquid paint lines to maintain efficient workflow and quality output.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the paint team while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
• Maintain 6S standards and conduct regular walks to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
• Track SQDC metrics and address variances to meet production targets.
• Enforce safety protocols and cultivate a safety-first culture.
• Partner with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve issues and optimize paint performance.
• Manage paint inventory to ensure availability while minimizing waste.
• Train employees on application techniques, equipment operation, and safety.
• Support lean initiatives to reduce cycle times, increase throughput, and eliminate waste.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
