Job Title: Industrial Painter

Location: Fayette, AL

Pay Range: $18.00 -$25.00/hour

Shift: Monday - Friday 1st shift 6am - 4:30pm
Some weekend work may be included depending on the workload - there is options for overtime!

What's the Job?

• Sand and prepare dump bodies for painting
• Prime and undercoat all dump bodies and parts
• Spray paint dump bodies and parts, including mixing paint for special colors
• Coordinate movement of dump bodies and dispose of hazardous materials in compliance with EPA regulations
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on painting equipment and touch up painted surfaces as needed

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of industrial or automotive painting experience
• Familiarity with aerosol airless sprayers
• Ability to read and interpret a tape measure, ability to understand measurements and angles
• Ability to wear a respirator, lift up to 50 lbs, and work on your feet for extended periods
