• Advancedelectricalwiringtroubleshootingandshortcircuitprotectionsystemknowledge.
• KnowledgeofVFDs(Variable Frequency Drives ) andprogrammingthem.
• BasicPLCs(Programmable Logic Controller ) layoutandtroubleshoot.
• KnowledgeofprocesscontrolinstrumentationandfamiliaritywiththecommonPCapplication.
• Dismantlesmachinesandperformsrepairs.
• Makesnecessarymachineadjustmentsforproperoperation.
• Conductsscheduledpreventativemaintenanceprocedures.
• Basicmachineshopknowledge(usingLathes,Endmills,Drillpressmachines)
• Performsskilledwelding(stick,mig,etc) andplumbingrepairs.
• Performsmaintenanceofpoweredindustrialtrucksincludingmechanical,hydraulicandelectricalsystems.
• Knowledgeofhydraulicandpneumaticsystemsandtheabilitytotroubleshootandrepairissues.
• Informssupervisorofoperationalstatusofequipmentandnotifiesofanyproblemareas.
• Followsstandardoperatingandsafetyprocedures.
• Keepsworkareasafe,cleanandorganized.
• Performsotherrelateddutiesasrequired.
