Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial statements for multiple entities.
  • Maintain general ledger records and prepare detailed work papers by conducting audits of accounts and financial transactions.
  • Reconcile Job Cost records, prepare monthly reporting, maintain cost and budget variance reports, and manage invoices.
  • File monthly builders risk insurance reports.
  • Assist in loan draw requests and preparation of budgets and reporting to lenders.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Maintain asset and depreciation schedules.
  • Assist with annual tenant reconciliation billings.
    • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
  • Work experience of 5-10 years.
