• Assist month-end closes and financial reporting (7-business-day cycle).
• Own balance sheet reconciliations, compliance, and process improvements.
• Support AP and AR workflows, services, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Adapt to evolving ERP systems and contribute to growth initiatives.

• 4+ years accounting experience: some public preferred + private hands‑on with full closes, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Strong Excel/analytical skills; ERP familiarity a plus.
• Confident, adaptable communicator who thrives in change and takes ownership.
• Bachelor’s in Accounting; CPA preferred.
