We're hiring a Finance / Controller Assistant to become the backbone of our finance team — the person who keeps the numbers clean, the books tight, and the whole operation running with zero drama. You'll work hands‑on across accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for a portfolio of fast‑moving businesses and revenue streams. This isn't a sit-back-and-reconcile role. We want a doer who shows up every day, locks in, and gets it done — no excuses.

What You'll DoOwn day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping across multiple businesses
Build and maintain budgets and forecasts
, and flag variances before they become problemsHandle data analysis and entry — turning numbers into insights leadership can act on
Track inventory and COGS across our product lines
Help manage insurance, payroll, and general admin work
Be a reliable right hand to the CFO and the broader finance team
Compensation: $75,000 – $100,000 (depending on experience)
Benefits: Health, dental, vision, and 401(k) available
Location: 100% on-site — Fayetteville, Arkansas
Hours: Full-time, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CT
Team: Finance team, reporting directly to the CFO
Start Date: September 1 or sooner
Solid working knowledge of accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
Proven ability to multi-task across multiple businesses and revenue streams
Comfort with data analysis and entry
