Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a highly organized and people-focused Office Manager to support the daily operations of our Fayetteville, North Carolina clinic . This is a full-time, on-site position and plays a critical role in ensuring a smooth, professional, and welcoming experience for families, staff, and visitors.
The Office Manager serves as the operational hub of the clinic, overseeing administrative workflows, coordinating client intake and scheduling, and supporting clinic organization and communication. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in keeping systems running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for families seeking ABA services
- Conduct intake calls, explain services, and guide families through next steps
- Track intake progress and support onboarding coordination
- Maintain accurate client and administrative records in internal systems
- Support scheduling and communicate updates with families and staff
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative workflows
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and clinic organization
- Act as a liaison between families, clinicians, and operations leadership
- Ensure professional, timely, and compassionate communication at all times
- Previous experience in office management, clinic administration, or healthcare operations required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with families or clients in a service-based or healthcare setting
- Ability to manage scheduling, records, and administrative processes
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through

Competitive salary of $40,000–$45,000 per year , based on experience
