Summary ofJob Duties
The Administrative Support Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Director of the Office of Program Assessment (PASS). This role plays a key part in supporting curriculum management, assessment activities, and institutional reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and track curriculum updates across campus systems and internal trackers.
- Prepare agendas for campus committees.
- Collect and archive annual program assessment reports.
- Maintain department websites.
- Support campus program review processes and manage the PASS operating budget.
- Coordinate travel and conference arrangements.
- Process administrative transactions in Workday and Payment Works.
- Manage office equipment and supplies.
- Assist in preparing reports and drafting or revising administrative policies and procedures.
- Interact regularly with Provost staff and a wide range of on‑ and off‑campus stakeholders.
- Maintain reliable attendance and collegial relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- At least one year of experience in office administration or a related field.
- Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- More than one year of experience in office administration.
- Experience with Workday and Payment Works.
- Experience with AI tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT.
- Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work with a wide variety of campus constituents.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, accurate data tracking, and consistent processing of administrative tasks.
