The Impact You Will MakeAs our Administrative Coordinator, you are the heartbeat of the office. You’ll be the first point of contact for our visitors and the go-to support for our internal teams.
- Master the Front Desk: Greet visitors with a smile, manage our multi-line phone system, and maintain a pristine reception area.
- Executive Support: Arrange travel, hotel accommodations, and car rentals for executive staff.
- Logistics & Organization: Schedule meetings, coordinate agendas, and ensure conference rooms are prepped and ready for action.
- HR
Collaboration:
Provide clerical support to the HR department and help answer standard policy and benefit questions for employees and applicants. - Administrative Excellence: Process expense accounts, handle mail distribution, and manage office equipment like a pro.
- Experience: You have 6 months to 2 years of experience as a receptionist, specifically handling multi-line phone systems.
- Tech Savvy: You are proficient in Google Suite and comfortable operating various office machines.
- Communication Pro: You possess advanced interpersonal skills, allowing you to communicate effectively with everyone from the general public to executive leadership.
- Problem Solver: You use good judgment to work independently, solve problems, and handle complex issues with a professional demeanor.
- Language
Skills:
Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required!
- You are comfortable sitting at a front desk in a typical office environment for the majority of the workday.
- You are able to perform data input for long periods and can handle minor lifting (up to 25 lbs) for office supplies.
- You are willing to walk to various departments throughout the building as needed.
