The incumbent provides executive level administrative and secretarial support for the Juvenile Judge, Director, and others designated by the Director for the department. He/she ensures that all office functions are performed efficiently and in a professional and timely manner to maintain office continuity. This position assists office staff, attorneys, judges, and the general public with numerous tasks. The incumbent is essentially the "gatekeeper" for the office as well as providing secretarial/administrative support.

This position is key component of efficient office operations.

Must be able to pass a criminal background check, obtain and maintain federally mandated security clearances where required, this position is subject to pre-employment and reasonable suspicion testing and if a promotional position, candidate must pass an assignment drug test.
