Position: Business Head – Legal Industry; Lawyer

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Head, preferably with a legal background, to lead our legal industry division. This full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur requires a strategic leader who can drive business growth, foster strong client relationships, and ensure the seamless execution of legal-tech projects.

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the legal sector vertical

• Lead business development initiatives and identify new market opportunities

• Cultivate and manage key client relationships

• Oversee project delivery, team performance, and operational excellence

• Ensure compliance with legal standards and industry regulations

• Drive sales, monitor KPIs, and manage revenue growth

• Collaborate cross-functionally to align offerings with client needs

• Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities

• Proven expertise in business development and client engagement

• Deep understanding of the legal industry and regulatory compliance

• Ability to analyze market trends and convert insights into business strategy

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Experience leading teams and driving cross-functional collaboration

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly desirable
