Client Relations Specialist

• Drive a planned route across Northwest Arkansas and surrounding area every day.
• Introduce our repair service and build relationships with property and facility managers.
• Deliver a proven introduction and ask questions to understand customer needs.
• Log every visit, note, and follow-up in our software before day ends.
• Attend weekly team meetings to review numbers, share wins, and get coaching.

• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable personal vehicle.
• Must be based in NW Arkansas.
• Comfortable learning new software — CRM and routing tools provided and trained.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Demonstrates strong relationship-building capabilities with property and facility managers while effectively utilizing CRM and routing tools. Proficient in logging visits and follow-ups, ensuring clear communication and customer understanding.
