G&G Insurance Internship

G&G Insurance is seeking motivated college students interested in gaining meaningful business experience and learning more about the insurance industry.

The G&G Internship Program is designed to provide interns with broad exposure to a growing independent insurance organization. Interns will have opportunities to learn from and contribute to multiple areas of the company while working alongside G&G employees and leaders.

The specific responsibilities of the internship may evolve based on business needs, current projects, and the strengths and interests of each intern.

• Sales and business development
• Personal Lines Insurance
• Business operations
• Special projects
• Company and community events

Interns may participate in departmental rotations, shadow employees and leaders, assist with business initiatives, complete research or analysis, support projects, and contribute to day-to-day operations.

• Supporting teams across different areas of the organization.
• Learning G&G's processes, systems, products, and customer experience.
• Assisting with research, analysis, projects, and business initiatives.
• Participating in meetings, training sessions, departmental activities, and company events.
• Working collaboratively with employees throughout G&G.
• Completing assigned projects and presenting findings or recommendations when appropriate.
• Taking on additional responsibilities based on performance, interests, and organizational needs.

• Prior insurance experience is not required .

Students do not need to have already decided that insurance is their intended career path. One of the purposes of the program is to provide exposure to the industry and the career opportunities available within it.

$14 per hour

G&G's internship program is intended to be more than a short-term work experience. We want interns to understand how a growing organization operates, contribute meaningful work, develop relationships across the company, and explore potential long-term career opportunities with G&G.

Strong-performing interns may be considered for future internships and full-time employment opportunities as they progress through college and prepare to begin their careers.
