Position SummaryD2C Safety Solutions is seeking an experienced Safety Manager to support and lead safety initiatives across our client project site in Fayetteville, GA
. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations, implementing site-specific safety programs, and promoting a proactive safety culture across all operations.
- Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive safety programs in compliance with OSHA standards and client requirements
- Conduct job site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Lead safety orientations, toolbox talks, and ongoing safety training programs
- Serve as an on-site safety leader and liaison between D2C, clients, and regulatory agencies
- Investigate incidents, near-misses, and injuries; perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate documentation, including safety logs, incident reports, and compliance records
- Ensure proper use, inspection, and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Support project teams in hazard identification and mitigation planning
- Assist in developing site-specific safety plans (SSSPs) and Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs)
- Participate in OSHA inspections and audits as required
- Promote and reinforce a strong safety culture across all levels of the workforce
Required Qualifications
- CHST - REQUIRED
- OSHA 510 – REQUIRED
- Minimum 3–5+ years of construction or industrial safety experience
- First Aid/CPR certification
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations (29 CFR 1926 and/or 1910)
- Experience conducting safety training and leading safety meetings
- Ability to travel extensively and work across multiple job sites nationwide
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license
- OSHA
500 - Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
- Experience in multi-site or traveling safety roles
Physical Requirements
- Active construction and industrial job sites
- Ability to walk, climb, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Exposure to varying weather and site conditions
- National project exposure across diverse industries
