CRH - - Responsibilities:
Maintain safe work environment by following safety policies and OSHA/MSHA regulations;
Support construction and paving crews with hands-on tasks (shoveling, raking, wheelbarrow usage, directing trucks);
Communicate with equipment operators using hand signals;
Execute daily tasks as directed by Foreman;
Operate small power tools (e.g., jackhammers) as needed
