This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Project Superintendent based in Fayetteville, AR. The Project Superintendent will oversee day‑to‑day construction activities, ensure adherence to project schedules, maintain quality control standards, and enforce safety protocols. Responsibilities include supervising project teams, coordinating with subcontractors, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with the project scope and specifications. The ideal candidate will foster collaboration and ensure timely and successful project completion.
Qualifications- Proven experience in Commercial Construction and expertise in Quality Control standards
- Strong Construction Safety knowledge and ability to enforce safety protocols on‑site
- Effective Supervisory Skills, including the ability to lead and manage diverse project teams and subcontractors
- Experience in Budgeting and financial management within construction projects
- Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and project documentation
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field is preferred, but equivalent work experience will be considered
