Project Manager & Estimator

A well-established concrete construction contractor in Northwest Arkansas is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator to support continued growth and operational expansion. This organization has recently implemented strategic changes to position itself for long-term success and is looking for a key contributor to help drive the next phase of development.

• Manage concrete construction projects from preconstruction through completion
• Prepare detailed estimates based on project scope, labor requirements, production rates, equipment utilization, and material costs
• Coordinate field operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
• Oversee workforce planning, scheduling, equipment allocation, and material procurement
• Develop and maintain relationships with owners, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications
• Track project costs, budgets, and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide practical leadership and problem-solving support to field personnel when challenges arise
• Assist with process improvements and operational initiatives that support company growth

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in concrete construction, including both estimating and project management responsibilities
• Strong background in concrete construction required
• Prior hands‑on field experience with progression into leadership roles
• Ability to develop estimates using labor, production, equipment, and material analysis rather than simplified unit pricing methods
• Proven ability to independently manage projects with minimal oversight
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Northwest Arkansas region
