This is a full‑time, on‑site Project Manager / Estimator role based in the Greater Fayetteville, AR area. It is a dual‑role seat: you win the work, you price the work, and you execute the work.

The Project Manager / Estimator prepares detailed estimates and takeoffs for concrete projects, material quantities, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs, from drawings, specifications, and bid documents. From award through closeout, this role owns materials procurement and vendor coordination, manages project schedules, coordinates with clients, suppliers, and internal crews, and tracks cost and progress to keep work on time and on budget.

Day‑to‑day work includes overseeing job‑site activities, monitoring quality and safety compliance, performing inspections against project requirements, maintaining accurate documentation, and driving proposals and change orders. The person who wins the bid runs the job.

• Minimum 5 years in self‑perform concrete construction with combined estimating and project management responsibility, industrial, commercial, structural, or light residential
• Proven takeoff efficiency: able to read and interpret drawings, sections, specifications, and contracts and produce complete, accurate takeoffs at bid‑cycle speed
• Materials procurement and expediting experience, purchase order discipline, quantity validation, delivery coordination, and reconciliation
• Vendor and logistics management skills. sourcing and leveling supplier quotes, coordinating deliveries and subcontractor schedules, and allocating resources across multiple projects
• Project management skills to plan, execute, and close projects while managing timelines, resources, and budgets
• Inspection skills to verify quality, safety, and specification compliance on job sites
• Effective communication and collaboration with clients, vendors, and field teams, written, documented, and traceable
• Proficiency with estimating and project management software (Bluebeam, Planswift, or comparable) plus standard office tools
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and ethical business practices
• Relevant education or training in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Bilingual English / Spanish is a plus

Base salary plus an uncapped, earned merit program tied to profitability, estimating accuracy, closing ratio, safety, quality, and controls.
