Role Description The Multi Family Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Fayetteville, AR, responsible for overseeing multi-family construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This position manages schedules, budgets, and resources, coordinates with trade partners, suppliers, and internal teams, and ensures work progresses according to plans and specifications. The role includes organizing and expediting material and equipment deliveries, resolving on-site issues, and maintaining clear communication with clients, architects, and inspectors.
The Multi Family Project Manager will monitor quality and safety standards, conduct regular site inspections, prepare progress reports, and support the successful completion of projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Strong project management skills, including experience with multi-family construction, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
- Expeditor and expediting skills to manage material orders, track deliveries, and reduce delays in construction workflows.
- Inspection and quality control experience to review work against plans, codes, and safety standards.
- Logistics management skills to organize labor, equipment, and subcontractors across multiple units and phases.
- Knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency with construction management software and standard office tools.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work on-site daily, manage field operations, and adapt to changing project needs.
- Relevant experience in construction project management; a degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
