• Film on-site content for clients across industries — construction, real estate, lifestyle, corporate, restaurants, and more
• Lead the camera work on shoots, ensuring clean, professional, high-impact footage
• Direct clients confidently on set; help them feel comfortable and natural on camera
• Capture compelling b-roll, interviews, movement shots, and environment-driven storytelling
• Execute creative briefs developed with AM + SMC teams and bring them to life through strong visual capture
• Operate efficiently in dynamic environments like job sites, offices, and active businesses
• Capture aerial footage when appropriate to elevate storytelling and provide dynamic perspectives for client content

• Set up lighting, audio, and framing for high-quality results
• Think ahead about coverage — wide, tight, detail, motion — so editors have everything they need
• Manage gear responsibly and maintain readiness for shoots
• Solve problems on the fly when conditions change

• Perform basic to intermediate editing in DaVinci Resolve (preferred) or Premiere Pro
• Organize and offload footage cleanly and consistently
• Prepare raw footage and selects for the editing workflow
• Support the creative team by turning around quick social clips when needed

• 3–5+ years of experience primarily as a videographer/shooter (agency or brand experience preferred)
• Experience operating drones for commercial video production preferred
• Strong understanding of safe flight practices, shot planning, and spatial awareness
• Strong eye for composition, lighting, motion, and visual storytelling
• Confident running camera in real-world environments with minimal direction
• Skilled with professional camera systems, audio capture, and lighting setups
• Comfortable directing clients and managing the energy on set
• Able to move quickly, adapt to environments, and consistently capture usable, high-quality footage
• Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced creative environment
• Reliable vehicle & valid driver’s license for local shoots

• FAA Part 107 Certified Drone Pilot (major plus)
• Proven experience capturing cinematic aerial footage that enhances storytelling, property visuals, and brand presence
• Experience filming in construction, real estate, or commercial environments
• Familiarity with color profiles, camera settings, and LUT workflows
• Photography experience
• Understanding of short-form content and how it’s used in paid ads/social
