What You'll DoAs a Service Advisor Assistant, you'll work alongside our experienced Service Advisors to ensure every customer has an outstanding service experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming customers and assisting with the service check-in process
Helping schedule service appointments and keeping customer information up to date Communicating with customers regarding appointments, vehicle status, and parts availability
Assisting with work orders, invoices, and dealership management system (DMS) documentation
Coordinating with the Parts and Service Departments to keep repairs moving efficiently
Following up with customers after service to ensure complete satisfaction
Answering customer questions and providing exceptional service from start to finish
Maintaining organized service records and administrative files
Helping keep the service department clean, organized, and operating efficiently
Supporting the Service Advisors and Service Manager with daily operations

What We're Looking For We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. If you're eager to learn and enjoy working with people, we want to hear from you!
Required Qualifications Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Team player who enjoys collaborating with Service Advisors, Technicians, and Parts personnel
Comfortable using computers, email, and Microsoft Office; experience with dealership software (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.) is a plus Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm and professional when assisting customers
Flexible and willing to jump in wherever needed to support the service team Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance is helpful—but not required. We'll train the right person!
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Bonus Qualifications (Not Required)

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or another customer-facing role Coursework or training in Business Administration, Customer Service, or Automotive Technology Previous dealership or automotive service experience
Experience working with dealership management software (DMS)
