Tailwind Group is seeking a Leasing Specialist for College Town Fayetteville, a 231-unit student housing community near the University of Arkansas. You will support sales and marketing, provide outstanding customer service, and help maximize occupancy through tours and inquiries.
The role is full-time, Tuesday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm and Saturday 9:30am-4:00pm, with occasional nights/weekends. Compensation ranges from $14.50 to $18.08 per hour plus bonus potential, with benefits and growth
