Crain Hyundai of Fayetteville is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Relations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing customer feedback, and fostering strong relationships with our clients to enhance overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with service, and management teams to improve customer experience.
• Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement strategies to improve service quality.
• Train and support staff on customer service best practices and company policies.
• Manage customer communication channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Coordinate follow-up activities to ensure customer issues are resolved effectively.
• Prepare reports on customer feedback and suggest improvements to management.

• Proven experience in customer relations, customer service, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Automotive industry experience is a plus but not required.
