Crew Member, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

Circus Trix, LLC dba Sky Zone offers part‑time onsite crew member positions at Sky Zone parks, allowing candidates to gain experience across multiple departments while developing customer service, safety, and communication skills.

• Court Monitor (Safety Crew)
• Café Associate
• Party Host
• Front Desk
• Membership Sales

All Crew Member stations require working closely with park members, guests, and colleagues. It is expected that all potential employees are committed to providing a friendly and memorable customer experience while maintaining a safe, healthy, and clean environment.

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Comfortable engaging with large groups of people.
• Able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours, including normal business hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Previous experience in a high‑volume, customer‑facing role (e.g., entertainment, retail, service, fitness) is ideal but not required.
• Customer service or sales experience is a bonus.
• Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.

• Remain stationary and move around the park for long periods to accommodate guest, park, and safety needs.
• Lift and/or move a minimum of 20 pounds.
• Communicate and interact frequently with employees and customers in a busy, often loud indoor environment.

Compensation ranges from $10‑$12 per hour based on qualifications and experience.
