Customer Experience Specialist
Crain Hyundai Fayetteville is needing a Customer Experience Specialist to join their team! The new team member will serve as the face of the dealership both in the showroom and in the service areas.
Responsibilities:- Greet guests and answer calls professionally
- Monitor cleanliness of all guest-facing areas
- Coordinate customer feedback and CSI surveys
- Assist in event setup and customer follow-up
- Answer overflow inbound phone calls and make warm transfers
- Previous experience in customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Clean background and valid driver's license
- Percentage-matched 401k plans
