Position Summary
This is an in-office role for someone who enjoys modeling, structural drawings, and coordinating with engineers, architects, and contractors to help bring projects to life. The Revit/BIM Designer will play a key role in producing accurate, coordinated structural models and drawing sets that support our project teams from design through construction.The right candidate does not need to know every tool on day one, but should be curious, coachable, and able to learn new software, workflows, and technical concepts quickly
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain structural Revit models for a variety of industrial, municipal, commercial, and specialty projects
- Produce clear, accurate structural drawings and construction documents
- Coordinate models and drawings with engineers, architects, contractors, and other trades
- Support project teams through design development, construction documents, and construction administration phases
- Help maintain BIM standards, templates, and content libraries
- Participate in project meetings and clash detection/coordination reviews as needed
Required Qualifications
- Solid understanding of structural drawings and documentation standards
- Strong communication and coordination skills for working across engineering, architecture, and contractor teams
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in modeling and drawing production
- Demonstrated ability to learn new software, workflows, and technical concepts quickly, ask good questions, and apply feedback accurately
- Ability to work in-office in Fayetteville, Arkansas a minimum of 3 days a week
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Autodesk Revit, with a strong structural modeling background
- Experience or interest in pipe support design and pipe stress analysis
- Familiarity with AutoPIPE, CAESAR II, or similar pipe stress/support software
- Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Autodesk Forma, Navisworks, or similar BIM coordination/model collaboration tools
- Prior experience on industrial or municipal structural projects
