Summary of
Job Duties:
The Strategy, Entrepreneurship, and Venture Innovation (SEVI) Department in the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas seeks applications from interested candidates to fill a non-tenure track Instructor position beginning August 10, 2026. The position is expected to teach eight courses per year. The teaching assignment will primarily focus on two courses:
Corporate Innovation and Strategic Management; but will also include other undergraduate courses as needed, or expertise allows.
Regular on-campus availability, in-person teaching, and active contribution to the life of the department, including exhibiting respect and cooperation in shared academic and administrative tasks are essential duties.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
* Master's degree in business or a business-related field
* Relevant industry experience
Preferred Qualifications:
* Corporate innovation experience
* Prior teaching experience in higher education in a College of Business settings
* Demonstrated evidence of teaching excellence and significant instructional materials or methods creation
* Prior experience with experiential pedagogy
