Job DescriptionFayetteville High School is seeking a committed and compassionate Paraprofessional to support students in a Structured Learning Services environment (1:15 setting). This role involves assisting with academic instruction, adaptive behavior and daily living skills for students with disabilities. Minimum qualifications include: at least 60 college credit hours, or a passing score on the Paraprofessional PRAXIS exam. Applicants should also have experience working with students with disabilities, strong communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills, and the ability to follow teacher direction and provide consistent support in a structured setting.
This is a 180‑day contracted position.
Pay Range: 26‑27 (Based on Education)
Step 6‑10 (Based on Experience)
7.5 hours/day
180 day contract
