Job DescriptionAssistant Swim Coach – Fayetteville High School
Fayetteville Public Schools is seeking an Assistant Swim Coach to support the Fayetteville High School swimming and diving program. The successful candidate will assist in all aspects of the program and demonstrate a strong commitment to student athlete development and professionalism.
Responsibilities- Assisting with daily practices and meet preparation
- Supporting athlete skill development and conditioning
- Assisting with supervision of student athletes
- Communicating effectively with athletes, families, and coaching staff
- Ensuring compliance with district policies, athletic department procedures, and Arkansas Activities Association rules
- Swim coaching experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Arkansas teaching license or eligibility for employment within Fayetteville Public Schools
Teaching duties will be assigned.
