Job Description
Owl Creek Elementary is seeking a committed and compassionate Paraprofessional to support students in a Structured Learning Services environment (1:15 setting). This role involves assisting with academic instruction, adaptive behavior and daily living skills for students with disabilities.
Minimum qualifications include at least 60 college credit hours, or a passing score on the Paraprofessional PRAXIS exam. Applicants should have experience working with students with disabilities, strong communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills, and the ability to follow teacher direction and provide consistent support in a structured setting.
This is a 180 day contracted position, 7.5 hours per day.
Pay Rate: 26 or 27 (based on Education).
Step 6-12 (based on Experience).
