Summary ofJob Duties:
The Admissions Evaluator III – Technical Lead serves as a lead admissions professional and subject-matter expert within the Graduate Admissions Office, providing advanced expertise in domestic admissions evaluation, complex applicant review, and admissions systems operations. This position serves as a primary resource for admissions staff, providing day-to-day guidance on complex or non-routine cases and supporting the consistent application of Graduate School and International Education and institutional policies.
Working closely with the Associate Director of Admissions Operations, the Admissions Evaluator III supports admissions processing, data integrity, and systems functionality across Slate, Workday, and related university systems. This position assists with troubleshooting data discrepancies, maintaining accurate applicant records, supporting process improvements, and ensuring consistency across admissions evaluations and decisions. While this role provides operational guidance and technical expertise, final policy interpretation and escalation remain with the Associate Director of Admissions Operations and the Director of Graduate & International Admissions.
This position bridges admissions processing, systems operations, and policy implementation to ensure accurate, efficient, and student-centered admissions services. Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
