Happy Hollow Elementary is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Structured Learning Services Teacher to join our team for the Fall 2026 semester. This specialized role involves providing individualized instruction and support to students in a Structured Learning Services setting with a 1:15 teacher-to-student ratio.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering differentiated instruction in core academic areas and adaptive behavior skills.
• Implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) with a focus on small group and one-on-one instruction.
• Developing and maintaining structured classroom environments using zone planning and proactive behavior strategies.
• Collaborating with general education staff and related service providers to support inclusive practices.
• Supervising and supporting paraprofessionals in daily instructional and behavioral routines.

Job qualifications include:

• Current licensure in Special Education (required).
• Experience working in structured or self-contained special education settings.
• Proven skill in individualized instruction and adaptive behavior strategies.
• Ability to plan and manage a highly structured learning environment.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
